Notice!
Due to the USPS doubling their international shipping rates,
and the lack of tracking once a package leaves the US,
we are no longer accepting international orders.


We use the USPS for our shipping.  Our basic shipping is a First Class box, or padded mailer, depending on merchandise ordered, and ships for $3.95 to the US.  A small flat rate box ships for $5.35 to the US.  If your order does not fit in the package that you choose you will be contacted via email for payment of the difference before your package ships. 

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately!  We will need either the package returned, or photos of the damaged package and all contents to be able to replace your items.  We will no longer replace shipments without proof of the loss.

Please, if you wish to delete your customer account, DO NOT do it until your order is shipped.  Deleting your account means that your address is not in the shipping system, and must be entered by hand.  Doing this may delay your shipment, as anything that has to be typed in and verified is done last.

Please know that the number that you are provided with your shipping notice is a delivery confirmation number and is not to be relied upon for tracking purposes.  Packages are not always scanned in route, often they are only scanned at drop off, sort center and then at delivery.  While the USPS does give an estimated date of delivery, that date is just that, an estimate.  We have no control over the USPS and once the package leaves here we only have the same information provided to us as you have.
If you are concerned that your package has not been delivered, please call your local post office and provide them with your tracking number.  We do not replace packages unless they are truly lost.
